Delivery Clause

Detailed rules:

• Local orders can choose Speedpost/ Shop pick-up/ SF express (pay upon delivery).
• The office hours are as follows:
  Monday to Friday morning, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  (excluding public holidays or special events, such as a company exhibit)
• International freight can be chosed to be delivered as registered mail or EMS (express).
• Orders will be shipped within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of the order, unless the order contains a pre-order product; the address is not clear or some of the products are awaiting replenishment.
• All orders must be completed of payment processing. Otherwise, the order will be considered to be cancelled, and the selected product will be released for public purchase.
• If your order is cancelled before payment, you may need to place a new order.
• If your order has pre-order goods, we do not guarantee that the order will be shipped as expected. If you don't want to place an order as a result of the delay of the pre-order product, we suggest you separate the pre-order product and the stock products in separate orders.
• Single local orders, if the products of the purchase reach/are over HK $150, the order will receive free delivery, except SF express service.
• Please refer to the HKpost office for all of the delivery schedules.
• Shop Pick-Up: Once the order has arrived at the designated pick-up point, a pick-up notification will be sent to the contact number provided. The order is available for free pick-up within 30 days from when the customer receives the pick-up notification (Due to the COVID-19, the pick-up period will be extended to 60 days). Otherwise, order will be cancelled and discarded without further notice

Order tracking:

• You can login on our website at "my account" > "my order" to view the order record, you can see each order's relevant payment and delivery information.
• If you have not received the expected date of arrival in the package, please use the following link tracking package:

• If you have chosen the new "EC-GET" service, you will receive a SMS pick-up notification upon the product arrival the selected pick-up location.
• Please pay attention that the pick-up period of the local postal package is 7 days. Otherwise, the package will be returned to the sender post office instead of received nearby post office.
• At the same time, if you have not received the parcel since the date of arrival, please contact your local post office or express company.
• as for international items, if you have not received your purchase within 30 days, please contact us. We will track the parcel with the Hongkong post office. Usually, an overseas mail tracking will take about 30-60 days to complete the investigation. When the investigation is completed and if the parcel is found to be missing, we will refund the money to you according to the amount paid from the post office.
• The compensation tracking time is usually 30 days. As long as we receive the compensation documents, we will refund the amount accordingly. Please note that the refund amount may not be in full amount, but we will show you the refund amount on the official invoice of the Hongkong post office.

International taxes and duties:

• Please select the total value and type of package before submitting the order. We will mark the value of your mail according to your requirements to help avoid excessive taxes or customs duties.
• It is also important to note that the insurance we buy depends on the value of the buyer's choice. This will affect the compensation value in case of damage during transit. Please note that Toyeast will not be held responsible for the loss.
• We are not responsible for any tax or customs duties in the buyer's country. You may need to pay in the recipient country before receipt. Please contact your local post office or related offices for more details.
